Ten Systems, Six You Can Open

Every project here is running or has run in production. Six are open right now, so you can use them instead of taking our word for it. The other four hold money or client data.

Refinery Atlas

Finding the megawatts that are already on the grid

Data centers wait five years for an interconnection. Vacant industrial buildings across the Rust Belt and the Permian sit on live service the utility never reclaimed. Refinery Atlas is a continent-scale pipeline that finds those buildings, scores them, and hands a sales team a dossier with sources attached.

ChatHRT

Hormone therapy management that never phones home

A full-scope HRT companion covering doses, labs, appointments, refills, journal, and milestones, where the AI chat is a supporting tab and never the headline. Data stays on the device by default. Every screen assumes the user may need to leave it in a hurry.

SPECTER

An open-source agent for getting cited by AI search

Search engines rank pages. Generative engines cite sources. SPECTER is a skill graph that teaches a coding agent the whole loop: watch which sources Perplexity and ChatGPT pull from, collect the intelligence, find the gaps, write the answer, publish it, and check whether the citation appeared.

Paredes AI

A Tree of Life you can descend

A Kabbalah study application built around a navigable Tree of Life, where magnifying a sephira descends through its layers of meaning and reveals more commentary the deeper you go. Built in eleven tasks handed to three different model families in rotation.

THRESHOLD

Eight minutes tracing how perception begins

A six-stage progressive web application that moves a viewer from in-utero sensation to the first social smile. Written against raw WebGL2 and the Web Audio API with no rendering library, no skip controls, and nothing that leaves the device. The work is a piece of art, and the constraints are the point.

GHG Calculator

One emissions engine, three interfaces, no API keys

A GHG Protocol Corporate Standard calculator covering all three scopes, shipping 967 emission factors from six peer-reviewed databases inside the package. It runs as a command-line tool, as an MCP server any AI agent can call, and as a skill a coding agent loads on demand.

Unfurl

A research-to-execution loop that gates every step

Scanners find candidates across Solana, Pump.fun, and Hyperliquid. Python backtests score them, a cockpit stages them, and a TypeScript engine executes only when every gate agrees. Most of the engineering went into the machinery that refuses to let a bad strategy reach real money.

The Symbai Platform

A monorepo where the rules enforce themselves

Every capability we ship — customer records, forms, reporting, integrations, AI — is a package that composes into any venture. Apps are thin deployment shells. The architecture runs four layers deep with dependencies flowing downward only, and seven automated gates keep it that way.

Agent Infrastructure

Scheduling, supervision, and memory for agents that run unattended

A set of scheduled jobs that keeps an agent practice honest. One digests every coding session into a searchable knowledge base. One watches every other job and complains when it goes stale. One runs a weekly citation audit. This is the layer that lets the rest run without supervision.

Regen Explorer

Deterministic chain reads first, AI surfaces second

A reference instance for Regen Network's ecological credit registry, split into two tiers. The first reads the chain deterministically with no key and no model in the path. The second adds AI surfaces that answer questions about the registry, find grants, and review projects.

How this gets built

One Specification, Many Implementers

01

Write the specification once

A task is not ready to hand to a model until its acceptance criteria are written down and testable. The specification is the durable artifact. Which model types the code is an implementation detail we change freely, and often do mid-project.

02

Route the work to the right lane

Routine implementation goes to a cheaper model from a different vendor. Architecture and commitment decisions go to the most capable one available. Running several model families against the same specification surfaces the disagreements a single model would have smoothed over.

03

Make the rules mechanical

Architecture gates, type strictness, coverage thresholds, and fabrication guards run at commit time and in continuous integration. An agent will not remember a convention across a long session, so the convention has to reject the commit itself.

04

Ship on evidence

Nothing ships because it looks finished. A trading strategy passes a statistical significance gate before it can hold capital. An enriched contact record is discarded unless it arrives with a source URL. The default answer is no, and the work is producing enough evidence to change it.

05

Supervise what runs unattended

Scheduled agents fail silently, so a monitor watches log freshness and process health across every always-on job and reports only when the failure set changes. Sessions are digested into a searchable record, which keeps the reasoning behind a decision alive past the session that made it.
