When you use the contact form or the newsletter signup, or reach your estimate in the project quiz at /start, the site emails what you entered to Samuel Barnes through our mail provider, Resend. Quiz answers are emailed when your estimate appears, before you choose whether to send your name and email. The site does not keep its own database of submissions.
Your quiz answers and the messages you write to the agent are sent to Groq, an AI provider, so it can write your project vision and the agent's replies. Please do not share passwords, payment details or health information in the chat.
The site uses the Meta Pixel to learn whether our Facebook and Instagram ads work. It records page visits, when an estimate is shown and when a brief is sent, and Meta may link that to your Meta account. You can limit this in your Meta ad preferences or with a browser that blocks trackers.
Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard request logs. Your browser stores your light or dark theme choice and whether you dismissed the newsletter card. We store nothing else on your device.
We never sell your information. Email hello@symbai.studio to see what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
